July 4th Weekend BBQ with Chef Nicky Famous
I don’t know about you, but I was practically going through Summer BBQ withdrawal prior to Independence Day weekend!! I hadn’t heard of any going on so I took it upon myself to have one at my house out in Springfield Gardens, Queens on July 5th. It was a relatively small gathering but the food was great (the delicious food in the photo was thanks to me) and the drinks were flowing (also thanks to me). Chef Nicky Famous was in full effect that day and I was commended for my hard work on everything from Italian sausage to the grilled corn.
