JWT’s offices are way better than yours

I hadn’t heard of ad agency JWT until I hit up the Adversi+y event last week. To say the least… I’ve never seen a workplace like this in real life. It was amazing. I really can’t see anyone not wanting to come to work, ever. Even if they’ve got tons of deadlines, this place should just make it all worth it. They even have a full bar that’s open to employees during the day, and functions as a venue to host events of all sorts, which is where the Adversi+y event was held. It was amazing. The thoughts behind the re-design were rooted in the idea that the firm wanted to shift gears in how they do business. They wanted to move away from the ‘messaging’ of an ad and move toward great ’storytelling’. Peep some of the pics and video below.
