How To Make It In America!!! I don’t have the answer to that, unfortunately, but I do know I am SURELY going to make it. I also have a great suggestion for you: tune into HBO on Sunday nights and watch the new series, How To Make It In America. The premise is pretty much two friends, Ben (Bryan Greenberg) and Cam (Victor Rasuk), trying to make in the big city of New York. They are far from content with their current lifestyles so they are incorporating a bit of street smarts with a bit of business savvy. Cam and Ben have, thus far, found themselves trying to start a denim company, bartering and borrowing from everyone willing to help out. The show has been amazing so far and it’s only four episodes in so if you haven’t been watching, it isn’t too late. They have yet to divulge the secret of how to make it in America, although that is what I’m patiently waiting for. The series has already featured the likes of John Varvatos, Kid Cudi, and Eddie Kaye Thomas so I can’t even imagine what the upcoming episodes have in store for viewers. So with the EXTREME success of the hit show True Blood, HBO has decided to release the drink from the show as a real product. The blood-orange flavored soda, described as slightly tart and subtly carbonated is going for $96.00 for a 24 pack — 4 bucks a bottle. Is it worth it? On the real, I’d at least taste it.
