Rihanna’s bad. <— notice the period. She looks great on this GQ cover and not just because she’s half naked, even though that helps. I respect the fact that she can sorta flatten out and be a model so it’s more about the dopeness of the photo and it’s hot for reasons other than just because it’s a picture of “Rihanna” like her spread in Italian Vogue over the summer. Not everyone can do that. Peeps more pics and the teaser video for her new video ‘Hard’ after the jump…

The rumor mill is buzzing that the island princess is set to drop her new music project on Nov 23rd. This is good news. She had a rough few months and we’re all glad she’s back to work. To be real I feel like she owes me a single or two, lol. After being paparazzi’d all summer long, resulting in a her very own flipbook of every outfit she’s worn since July, I think the least she could do is… I don’t know… sing? I mean really. But on another note… if this above artwork is ANY indication of the creative direction they’re going for all the print and photography for this album, I’m already hype. Not diggin the font of the text below but the carved out R is dope, a little Zorro, but dope nonetheless and it supports the look she’s been giving since her last album. She should go ahead and drop a single sooner than later.

The evolution of Rihanna has been absolutely amazing!!! She started off as the sweet little island girl who catered to teens, and look at her now. She’s a sex symbol and just an all around pop star!! Rihanna was recently photographed for the latest issue of Vogue Italia, and the images are spectacular. If you didn’t think she was a sex symbol before, take a look at the photos here. WOW!
Peep this video. It’s interesting to me because I feel like I’ve had the GREAT marketing VS. REAL talent discussion with people 10 times over, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the powerhouse that is Beyonce.
